Engineering and system design of insulated metal panel (IMP) wall systems to enclose a new three-story office area within an existing cold storage facility. Work included selective demolition and installation of new IMP wall assemblies at the building envelope, along with the design and custom fabrication of two entrance canopies complete with roof panels, fascia, perforated soffits, gutters, and rainwater leaders (RWL's). All components were factory finished to ensure a consistent, high-quality finish.
